Beta tester? Install via TestFlight instead
Pre-release builds ship through TestFlight. Open this page on your device and tap Install via TestFlight. Tapping it installs the TestFlight app first if you don't have it.

Request OMD credentials
Tell us where to send your sign-in. We provision an OMD account for your agency and email you a welcome link to set your password — usually within a few hours.

Watch for your OMD welcome email
Within a few hours we email you the credentials to sign into OMD. Sender: onboarding@cce-platform.com, subject "Welcome to [Your Agency] on OMD".

Tap Set your password, choose a password, you're set. Sent to your work email (or whatever you submitted in the form).

Open OMD and sign in
Tap the OMD icon on your home screen (it landed there when TestFlight installed it). On the sign-in screen, use the email and password from your Welcome to OMD email.
Forgot your password? Reply to the welcome email or contact support@cce-platform.com and we'll resend the setup link.
A few things to know

You'll need an Apple ID
Required to install from TestFlight. Free to make at appleid.apple.com if you don't have one. We don't need to know what it is — Apple's Public Link handles install.

Builds expire after 90 days
TestFlight notifies you when an update is available. We push updates often; expect a refresh every week or two.

Sign in with your agency account
No self-serve signup during beta. Ask your medical director or training officer if you don’t have one yet.

First-launch permissions
Microphone, camera, location, Bluetooth, local network. Each maps to a feature (speech-to-text, ECG capture, hospital ETAs, ZOLL pairing). Allow them all unless your agency says otherwise.

Beta — not yet system-of-record
Don’t use OMD as the system of record for live patient encounters yet. We’ll let you know when production-ready builds ship.
